🚫 No Returns
All products sold on our website are non-returnable.
Once a product is delivered, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Not liking the product
- No longer needing the product
Ayurvedic products are consumables and personal wellness products, therefore they cannot be resold once dispatched.
🚫 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders once payment has been completed.
This includes situations such as:
- Delivered order
- Cancellation request after shipment
- Expectation of personal health results
✅ Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the order is shipped.
Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
✅ Damaged / Wrong Product Received (Rare Cases)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the issue
Upon verification, we may replace the product. No refunds will be issued.
